64 bit vs. 32 bit...

We are having a few issues with the installation of this tool.  We are running on a 64 bit virtual server.  Could this cause any issues with your application?

At the moment our license installation package doesn't support 64-bit machines. This means you will have to perform a manual installation of the license file(s) for the time being. Our application expects the licenses to be placed in the following directory...

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\XHEO\SharedLicenses\

However, when you run the installer on a 64-bit machine it places them in the Program Files(86) directory.

    C:\Program Files(86)\Common Files\XHEO\SharedLicenses\

To perform a manual license installation you will need to copy the license files from the SharedLicenses directory under the Program Files (86) path into the SharedLicenses directory under the Program Files path. Once the license files have been moved you will need to perform an IISRESET to update the license cache.

Our development staff is working to deliver a 64-bit installation. In the mean time I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
