We have sent a registration email to one of our consultants. When he clicks on the link, an error message appears. The error message says, "Error-This request is invalid or has been tampered with."
We've tried sending a new invitation, but got the same result. We've had at least three other people register for the same extranet location.
The user has a Gmail email account and uses a Mac. I don't know if that would make a difference or not, but...

This is a know issue with older ExCM versions. Some Mac e-mail clients don't parse the e-mail message correctly. Therefore, when the user clicks the register link part of the URL is missing and the request becomes invalid. In our latest ExCM release (1.0.8346.3) we have added additional e-mail token support. In addition, every e-mail token has an HtmlEncoded counterpart which should play better with Mac e-mail clients. You can read about the latest release from our release notes...
