After the upgrade to the latest version of ExCM the profile for some users in active directory does not display.
When you click on the name of an AD user you get a page with the following message: "Internet Explorer cannot display the web page" and a button to diagnose connection problems.
This only happens for some AD users but not for others. And, it doesn't happen for external users.
The logs (Windows, SharePoint, or IS) do not show any information. Any guidance or information would be greatly appreciated.
