Problem with the Reset Password page

Hello,

My users are getting the follwowing error message when they click on the "Reset password " from the login page.

I have no idea what this error means. Please help.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.   at SPSolutions.SharePoint.Delegation.ApplicationPages.ResetMyPasswordPage.OnInit(EventArgs e)
   at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer)
   at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)

    Have you recently performed an ExCM upgrade?

    This error message is most commonly seen when customers modify this page and perform a future upgrade. Can you send your contact info and a link to your Reset Password page to softwaresupport@sharepointsolutions.com. A quick GoTo meeting may be the best course of action to resolve this type of issue.
