Timer Job throwing exception because LastLoginDate is not supported by AD membership provider

The Execute method of job definition SPSolutions.SharePoint.Delegation.UserAutomationJob (ID 7a3bfe4c-9582-42e1-9ab2-b48772b7fbfc) threw an exception. More information is included below.

The property 'LastLoginDate' is not supported by the Active Directory membership provider.

Like it says - because we are using the AD provider, LastLoginDate is not supported, therefore the timer job is failing - does something need recoding so it can handle that scenario??

    The User Automation feature is not supported with Active Directory. AD already has built-in capabilities to handle password and activity expiration.
