creating site collections in specific content database

Hello,

I am intrested to find out if it is possible to create site collections in a specific content database with the help of your product?

    When you create a Provisioning Profile to determine how the requested site collections will be provisioned, you have the option of specifying a new content database for the site collection. However, you cannot add it to an existing content database.
