Copy List Item Extended version modified and comments

When moving a document from one library to another is there any way to maintain the version history so that the Modifed date, modified by and the version comments move also.  I noticed that the modified date is changed to the move date, modified by is changed to System Account and the version comments are no longer with the version of the document.
