Is there a specific trick to this? I have downloaded and installed your software, and added alerts to AD groups in sharepoint. I get the initial message but no other Alerts.
When sending alerts to sharepoint groups it tells me i need a custom template for this. How do i set that up? How do i make the content of the alert be the same as the normal SP alerts.
The groups are email enable. When i set up the alert it works fine. But any subsequent alerts after the initial welcome alert are not being sent.
Anyone else having issues?
