Activating delegation features in site definition ONET.xml

Hi,

 Is it possible for us to activate the ExCM site and site collection features through a custom site definition using <Feature ID="xxxx-xxxxx..." /> ?

 Also, if that works, are there any custom properties available for us to configure delegation and registration settings through the feature activation?

 This would help our development a great deal as we're constantly rebuilding the site collection during the build phase, and it would be cumbersome to have to reactivate the ExCM features and reconfigure it each time.
