Company name in email

To include profile attributes in the approval e-mail you can use the following token format...

{ProfileProperty[YourPropertyName]}

In your case, if your profile attribute was 'Company' the token would be {ProfilePropertyCompany}. I'd also like to mention we have an upcoming ExCM release that greatly improves to mail definitions and includes over 160 new tokens for each mail message. We have also added new tokens for the profile attributes including a profile list property which will automatically include all profile attributes in the approval message. All of the old profile attributes will be maintained for backwards computability. This release should be coming any day so keep an eye out.
