Where to set email address for new user requests

Greetings,

 I've been looking over the documentation, but I'm missing something. Where do you set the email address for new user requests? If I want to have emails sent to our helpdesk i.e. helpdesk@theplace.com where do I set that?

    I checked that documentation, but I can't seem to find what it is I'm looking for.

    Just to make sure I understand this:

    Out-of-the-box with ExCM when a user does a self register noone but the user that registered gets notified, correct? Even if I have set approvers they won't get an email stating "A new user blah blah blah as requested access etc...."

    Is that correct?

    Thanks for the quick reply.

    I'm getting the emails showing that I've successfully registered. However, I'm not getting the account approver email. I find this a little odd. All accounts have the proper email address asscociated with it. If you have any other ideas please let me know.

    What type of registration did you complete: Invitation or Anonymous Registration?

    If you are registering via invitation do you have the Require Approval for Invited users option check in the Registration Settings page?

    If you are registering via Anonymous Registration do you have the Require Approval for Anonymous Registration option check in the Registration Settings page? In addition, to you have the Verify Anonymous Accounts option checked? If so, the user must verify the account before the approval process begins.

    Ahhhhhhhh....the rquire email validation tripped me up. I never considered that the approvers would not get notified until that happed. That was the problem.
