HTTP 403 Forbidden

I have gone through the setup, entered users, but with I try to login I get a 403 error.

 

The website declined to show this webpage.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

    Jeremy,

     

    I have tried both of these things.  I uninstalled Office completly.  Neither of these worked.  The message I receive after I try to logon is:

     

    This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

     

    I do not have a problem getting to the logon page.  It is after I click Sign In.

    I found what it was.  In IIS, under the Anonymous Access account, I was letting it run under IUSR_SERVERNAME.  It needed to run under the same account the applicaiton pool is running under.
