I don't understand this message.

Can anyone tell me what this means?  This is what I get when I try to reinstall.

No language-neutral solution exists in the store.

   at Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.SPSolution.get_JobExists()
   at Mondosoft.k.h.Execute()
   at Mondosoft.k.b(Object , EventArgs )

    This error was caused because the solution was interrupted during the installation and got "stuck" in the solution store.
